Very good and flexible for most companies

In most since it is very good for all the applications, the tracking of employees we do it with a different program. What I would like it to be able to do is that when I give this invoice to my technitians to be able to charge our customers, I would like to separate what the tech can see and move in the files from the entire company being besible to all the techs, if these where possible, Then I could use this program more effectively .
